Started mixing back in '95 on a pair of crappy belt driven no-names. later moved on to a pair of vestax... from there I learned the fundamentals and went from there. Used to play some heavy bangin chicago house and drew to trance and tech house in time. I DJ'd around the scene in Rochster NY in a few of the clubs, Freakazoid (R.I.P.), Marcella, Gotham, and several parties. I left Rochester in 2000 to head for Florida and have had the honor of playing with some of the EMD industry's greatest legends including: Rick West, Sander Van Doorn, Fedde le Grand, and BadBoyBill. I have played events in venues both large of 1000+ people to small 25 person audiences in clubs like Limelite and Dragon Room. In the last five years I have gone all digital since it saves me the trouble of totin two or three crates around. Granted there is a loss of tactile connection with some of the mixing, but new tools have become available with digital tools. I am still as passionate when that progression hits and you feel it deep within.
